We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist to run campaigns and monitor budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to run social campaigns and monitor paid social advertising budgets. In this role, we expect you to be familiar with all of the social media platforms as well as meta. You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our social and content marketing efforts generate the highest possible traffic, followers, engagement and ROI.
Our Account Manager will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits and works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.
Our Junior Website Designers should have an understanding of graphic design fundamentals, demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch, and excellent time management skills. Knowledge of SEO is also needed for this position.
Our CSM bridges the gap between sales and customer support, enhances product value, reduces churn, and keeps a “high-level view” of the support process. Be highly proficient in communication, empathy, relationship building, and customer data analysis. Should also be proficient with software tools, like HubSpot CRM & Zendesk CS.
